This fantastic home was built by the first female cattle-rancher in Texas, a prominent publisher and philanthropist, Margaret Estes Davis. After she and her husband Gus passed, the home sat empty for several years and is now being brought back to life by its current owners, who are not short on good taste or passion for the project!
